GENERAL POLICIES

• 1-hour minimum service time required. We bill in 20 minute increments after the first hour of service.

• For virtual service requests we have a 20 minute minimum service time.

• À la carte services are invoiced at the end of the month.

• All purchases we make on behalf of the client, such as groceries, gifts, postage, et cetera are the client’s responsibility and will be charged to the credit card on file.

• We understand that you may need to reschedule your appointment. We kindly ask that you provide us with 24 hours notice to avoid a cancellation charge of $50.
