GENERAL POLICIES
1-hour minimum service time required. We bill in 20 minute increments after the first hour of service.
For virtual service requests we have a 20 minute minimum service time.
À la carte services are invoiced at the end of the month.
All purchases we make on behalf of the client, such as groceries, gifts, postage, et cetera are the client’s responsibility and will be charged to the credit card on file.
We understand that you may need to reschedule your appointment. We kindly ask that you provide us with 24 hours notice to avoid a cancellation charge of $50.
